Proposed — awaiting approval
This text is drafted from P3’s settled service rules and is not yet in effect. It takes effect when P3 approves it and publishes an effective date. Professional legal review is planned before P3 accepts live payments.
Who these terms cover
These terms apply between P3 Solutions Group ("P3", "we") and the person or organization purchasing or requesting a P3 service ("you").
They cover the services listed at services and pricing. Refunds, rescheduling, and cancellation are described separately in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the information P3 collects is described in the Privacy Notice.
Services and prices
P3 currently offers a one-hour technology consultation, a five-hour hands-on training credit, and weekly or monthly standard consulting. Prices are shown in US dollars.
The price and billing cadence shown at the time of purchase come from P3’s service catalog and are the ones that apply to that purchase. You transact for one service at a time; there is no combined cart.
Ordering and approval
Consultation and training may be purchased directly by card, or you may request an invoice instead.
An invoice request is a request for P3 to review your billing details. It is not an order, not an invoice, and not payment. P3 may decline a request or ask for more information.
Weekly and monthly consulting are not self-service. You submit a consulting request, P3 reviews it, and a separately signed service agreement is required before P3 grants approval. If all consulting capacity is occupied, you may join a waitlist; a waitlist entry carries no promise of availability, priority, or a start date.
When P3 approves a consulting request, it issues a single-use checkout link bound to you and to the one approved offer. The link expires after seven days and holds a consulting capacity slot for that period. Approval is not payment and does not start service.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe, which is P3’s billing system of record. Card details are entered directly with Stripe. P3 does not receive or store card numbers.
Card is the only payment method available at checkout. Purchase is confirmed by Stripe, not by your browser returning to a confirmation page. Until Stripe confirms the payment, a submitted card payment is shown as processing.
For approved consulting, P3 collects the card in advance and charges it automatically on the selected weekly or monthly interval. The two intervals are alternatives; you are not enrolled in both.
An approved consulting customer may instead choose recurring invoicing through the same approval link. P3 issues the first Net 15 invoice at least fifteen days before the agreed start date, due on that date. If fewer than fifteen days remain, the start date moves to the invoice due date unless P3 and you agree otherwise in writing.
What each service includes
- Consultation — one hour of focused technical discussion, scheduled with P3 after purchase.
- Training — five hours of hands-on training credit, used in sessions of at least one hour and scheduled within six months of purchase. Credit is not transferable without P3’s approval.
- Weekly and monthly consulting — up to twenty hours of consulting each week. Unused hours do not roll over. Travel time counts against the weekly allowance unless the signed service agreement says otherwise, and travel expenses are charged separately only with your prior written approval.
Scheduling and service start
P3 schedules consultation and training with you after payment is confirmed, and responds to scheduling and service messages within one business day.
For consulting, the signed service agreement sets the start date. Recurring billing begins on that date, and service does not begin before both that date and confirmed payment.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds
Rescheduling, cancellation, refund eligibility, and what happens after a failed payment are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Managing your billing
P3 does not create a password-protected customer account. To manage billing, you request a link using your billing email. P3 sends a single-use link that expires after thirty minutes and opens a temporary Stripe billing portal session.
That portal lets you update your payment method, view invoices and receipts, and cancel at the end of the current paid period. Plan switching, quantity changes, promotion codes, and immediate cancellation are not available there.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, company, and billing information, and keep your billing email reachable.
- Keep approval, billing-access, and payment-status links to yourself — each is bound to one customer and one transaction.
- Use the request and payment forms for genuine requests, and do not attempt to circumvent the rate limits that protect them.
Taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include any tax that may apply. P3 does not currently calculate or collect tax during checkout. Nothing on this page is tax advice, and you remain responsible for your own tax position.
Changes to these terms
These terms are versioned. The version you accepted at the time of a purchase governs that purchase, and P3 records that version and the time you accepted it. A later version does not change a completed purchase.
