Privacy Notice

What this notice covers

It covers the P3 Solutions Group website and the service requests and payments made through services and pricing. The commercial terms of a purchase are in the Service Terms.

What P3 collects

P3 collects only what the path you chose actually needs.

• Every request: your name, business email, company, an optional phone number, a short description of what you need, and the version and time of your terms acceptance.
• Invoice requests also: billing contact, billing email, billing address, and an optional purchase order number.
• Consulting requests also: the weekly or monthly interval you want, your desired start date, a project summary, and onsite or travel expectations.
• Payment records: the identifiers, amounts, status, and dates that P3 needs to reconcile a payment or subscription with Stripe.

What P3 does not collect

• Card numbers, security codes, or any raw card data. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach P3 systems.
• Signed consulting agreements. P3 records only a reference, version or effective date, signature date, and where the executed document is held.
• Raw IP addresses. Abuse controls use a keyed hash of the network address instead.

How P3 uses it

P3 does not sell your information and does not use it for advertising. The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

• To respond to your request, and to approve, decline, or waitlist it.
• To take payment, reconcile it with Stripe, and schedule or deliver the service you bought.
• To send you the transactional messages tied to your request, and to notify P3 support of the events it has to act on.
• To detect and limit abuse of the public request and payment endpoints.

Who processes it

• Stripe — payment processing and the billing system of record, including invoices and receipts sent to you.
• Supabase — the database and server-side functions holding P3’s operational payment records.
• Resend — transactional email sent from payments@p3solutionsgroup.com, with replies going to support@p3solutionsgroup.com.
• Netlify — hosting for this website.
• Google Workspace — P3’s business email.

How long it is kept

• Completed payment and subscription records: seven years.
• Invoice, consulting, and waitlist requests that did not lead to a purchase: twelve months.
• Expired approval, billing-access, and payment-status links: no more than thirty days, and stored only as a hash.
• Application logs, with sensitive fields excluded: thirty days.
• Raw payment-provider event payloads are not retained once the identifiers and resulting state are recorded.

Your requests

Write to support@p3solutionsgroup.com to ask what P3 holds about you, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted. P3 verifies the request before acting on it.

A deletion removes personal information P3 is not required to keep. Financial records that P3 has to retain are kept for the periods above, and Stripe retains its own billing records under its terms.

How it is protected

Payment operations run server-side only. The browser never holds payment secrets or trusted prices, and the operational database is not writable directly from a browser. Access to operational records is restricted to authorized P3 identities.

Changes to this notice

This notice is versioned. P3 publishes a new version rather than editing a published one in place, so you can tell which version applied when.
